SHIPPING, EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Broome + Greene ships all merchandise via ground, typically via LTL (less than truckload). We use LTL when delivering merchandise that weighs more than 50lbs. Merchandise that weighs less than 50lbs is shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.  


You will be notified when your order ships, which method has been used. 


LTL requires the scheduling of a delivery window. We will reach out within three business days of an order being placed to obtain your availability for delivery. 


Merchandise that can be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL does not require a delivery to be scheduled, and when shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address or cell phone number provided on your order. 


Free Shipping/Cost of Shipping  

Orders that are $500 or more in value ship free. Orders that are under $500 are shipped for $29 


Duration of Shipping 

Merchandise shipped via LTL is typically delivered within 2-7 days of shipping, depending on the warehouse from which it ships and where you are located in the country. Merchandise shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL is typically delivered within 2-5 business days from confirmation of shipment. 


Handling Time 

Most orders ship within 3 business days, however, please allow up to 7 business days for processing of your furniture order. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. 


Restrictions  

Broome + Greene currently ships furniture to the 48 contiguous States and ships lighting, home decor and rugs to all 50 States. 


If you try to order furniture for delivery outside of the 48 contiguous States, you will receive a note on the check out page advising you the items that cannot be shipped.  


In the unlikely event that a furniture order is received from Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories, it will be canceled and refunded. 

Refunds will process in accordance with our refund policy. 


Order Cancellations 

Orders that you submit online are typically processed within forty-eight (48) hours and may be canceled if you contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. 


If you do not contact us within this time frame, your order may process and be shipped, and your cancellation can only be done once merchandise is returned to us, minus any restocking fee. 


To cancel an order, please call 872.215.2820. Please do leave us a voicemail if you are unable to get through and we will respond within one day. 


Returns 

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, or personalized items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 


Refunds and Exchanges 

After we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, a refund will be processed within seven (7) business days, minus any notified restocking or shipping fees. 


A refund will be issued to the original card on file. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your card. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. 


Damaged Orders 

Merchandise that is delivered damaged must be notified in writing to concierge@shopbandg.com within 24 hours of receipt. Damaged orders are eligible for a discount or exchange only.
